With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. I, and some of my friends, would frequently fly into Fullerton airport for lunch, the pick up whatever supplies we needed from Flo. She was a great lady, and I am glad that she passed on such a wonderful legacy.
